Are Riverport Landings Family Apartments income-based or income-restricted?

Riverport Landings Family Apartments are income-restricted, not income-based. This means that while your household income must fall below certain limits to qualify, your rent amount is not based on a percentage of your income. Instead, our rents are set at affordable rates and remain consistent, as long as you meet the income eligibility guidelines.

Yes, pets are welcome at Riverport Landings! Our pet policy allows for two pets (dogs or cats) per apartment. Breed restrictions apply – please contact our team for more information.

Riverport Landings Family Apartments has a well-equipped fitness center for residents, including free weights, cardio equipment and a weight machine.

Our roomy 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans offer a variety of amenities, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal, walk-in closets, covered patios, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and hardwood vinyl flooring. Washer and dryer connections are also available for residents who currently have or wish to own their own clothes cleaning appliances.
